Returning the item: Please return the item to the following return address and make sure to indicate the return authorization number on the courier:

Processing a refund or exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you within 7 working days. The refund will be returned according to the original payment method.

Exchanges are limited to the same product color or model.

Freight: If the return or exchange is due to product quality problems or we sent the wrong product, the freight will be borne by us; if it is due to other reasons, the freight will be borne by the buyer.
